2026 Healthy Relationships Week

Healthy relationships come in many forms—friendships, dating relationships, family connections, and even the relationship you have with yourself. Throughout the week of healthy relationships programming, you are invited to explore what healthy relationships really look like, beyond what we see on social media or in pop culture. Through engaging events, conversations and activities, we’ll break down communications, boundaries, respect, and support, giving you tools to build stronger, healthier connections in every area of your life.

Through flower- and plant-themed crafts, you’ll explore relationships with loved ones—and with alcohol—in ways that support growth, balance, and self-respect. Join us as we cultivate self-care, self-love, and meaningful connection just in time for Valentine’s Day.

Whether you would like to write a gratitude card, complete a coloring page, read a book you want to start, journal, etc. – this time will be for you and how you want to utilize it.

Behind the Post: Spotting Unhealthy Relationship Signs IRL

  • Time: Noon – 1 p.m.
  • Location: Student Center 3700

Billions of photos are posted to social media every day, but you can’t always see the big picture through the small ones, especially when it comes to unhealthy relationships. Join us for a real-talk Lunch & Learn where we’ll break down the green flags, the red flags, and everything in between. We’ll watch a short video, talk about what relationships look like behind the posts, and learn how to spot the signs of healthy and unhealthy dynamics in real life.
