The objectives of Body Appreciation Week are to raise awareness about eating disorders, provide available resources, help promote positive body image across the UA community, encourage constructive dialogue about these issues, and help prevent the development of eating-disordered behaviors and attitudes.

Join us in the Student Center as we kick off Body Appreciation Week practicing mindful moments through gratitude journaling, walking the labyrinth, or spending peaceful time with friends coloring together. Light refreshments will be available during this time.

Retro Reset: Small Steps, Real Change, Same Amazing You
Wednesday, February 25 from 11 a.m. – 1 p.m. | UA Student Center Great Hall
Join us to explore body-friendly wellness through interactive stations. Upon check-in, students will receive a stamp card and are encouraged to visit at least four campus partner tables to build realistic self-care tools, from gentle movement and routine planning to calm kits and creative hobbies, designed to support both physical and mental well-being. Students who complete their card will receive a Tropical Smoothie and leave with practical strategies they can use throughout the semester
