Intuitive Eating

Intuitive eating is a self-care eating framework which honors both physical and mental health. If you’ve ever wanted to improve your relationship with food or think about eating for your health with a non-#dietculture mindset, consider registering for our various intuitive eating programs throughout the semester.

The Intuitive Eating series is a virtual learning program focused on helping students develop a healthier relationship with food through the lens of intuitive eating. Each week focuses on a different aspect of the 10 Principles of Intuitive Eating that can challenge and improve your attitude and perceptions around food. Those that are new and experienced with intuitive eating are welcome!

Do you struggle with body image? Do you feel like exercise/moment is only for changing the way your body looks? How do we incorporate nutritional knowledge while eating intuitively? This session takes a deeper dive in how to respect our bodies and how to view movement and eating nutritious as a positive experience for our overall health without tying these activities to weight loss.
